Privacy Policy

Drive Invoice Parser is a Google Workspace™ add-on that helps you extract structured financial data from PDF and image invoices stored in Google Drive™ and write the results into Google Sheets™.

What We Process

When you run the add-on inside Google Sheets™, invoice files from Google Drive™ are processed only to extract financial data fields such as:

• Vendor name
• Invoice date
• Invoice number
• Currency
• Net amount, tax amount, and total amount
• Line items (description, quantity, unit price, total price)

Processing occurs at your request. We do not scan unrelated Drive folders or access files outside workflows you initiate.

Data Storage and AI Training

Your invoice files and extracted data are not saved, stored, or retained on our servers beyond what is required to complete a single parsing request.

Extracted values are written into your Google Sheets™ spreadsheet, which remains under your control. We do not use your files or extracted invoice content to train AI models.

We may retain minimal subscription metadata (such as license tier and usage counts) to operate paid plans and billing.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Drive Invoice Parser's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

OAuth Scopes

Drive Invoice Parser requests only the Google OAuth scopes required to operate:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly — read invoice files from folders you specify
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file — access files created or opened by the add-on where applicable
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets — write extracted invoice rows into your spreadsheet

Additional scopes may be used for UI integration (such as displaying the sidebar) and verifying your account email for subscription management.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data or Google user data. We share data only with infrastructure providers required to deliver the service (for example, payment processing and secure API hosting), and only to the extent necessary to operate the product you requested.
