Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Drive Invoice Parser, a Google Workspace™ add-on that extracts invoice data from Google Drive™ files into Google Sheets™. By installing or using the add-on, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Drive Invoice Parser only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Use the add-on to process documents you do not have the right to access
• Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the service or its APIs
• Use the add-on to upload malware, spam, or harmful content
• Circumvent subscription limits, license checks, or security controls

License

Subject to these Terms and your active subscription (if applicable), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Drive Invoice Parser for your internal business operations. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the add-on or access to it.

User Responsibility for Extracted Data

Drive Invoice Parser uses AI-assisted extraction to populate spreadsheet fields. While we strive for high accuracy, you are responsible for verifying all extracted figures, including totals, tax amounts, dates, and vendor details, before using them for accounting, tax filing, payments, or audit purposes.

The add-on is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Subscription and Billing

Paid plans (Starter $12/mo, Pro $29/mo, Business $59/mo, Unlimited $99/mo) are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing or plan limits with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drive Invoice Parser and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the add-on.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of extracted data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to comply with law. You may stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it from Google Sheets™.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the add-on after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
